About Us Juanita Mantel and daughter Heidi Bryson have over 35 years experience designing and baking award winning cakes.
			Juanita is one of only 30 cake decorators nationwide to be certified by the National Bakers Association. For the latest styles and techniques, Heidi and Juanita attend yearly workshops across the country.
		Juanita trained at the House of Clarendon, School of Confectionery Arts. She also has completed graduate work with Collette Peters, America's leader in rolled fondant and gum paste flowers.
